Charlotte Heard

In my role at hubbul, I look after all the people operations and initiatives at the company. This allows me to ensure all employees feel supported no matter what internal or external factors may be affecting them.

Each employee has their own motivators and ambitions, and one aspect of my role that I love is being able to support them in achieving those goals.

Alongside this, I undertake a major role in championing DE&I initiatives at Aspire as well as benchmarking our staff to make sure that we are continuing to be positive for diversity and inclusion.

I also curate and develop Aspire’s corporate HR plans and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending as much time as possible with my family.
