Create your first assignment

In as little as 30 seconds you can create a booking adding details about where the assignment is, when it is, who you are looking for, and what the pay rate is. Once you have filled in the form you can publish it and it will be sent to the candidate app.

Step 3

Instantly match with candidates

While you can wait for candidates to find your assignment on the app and apply, you may want a faster result with your booking. You will instantly be able to match your job with candidates and invite them to apply directly, sending them a push notification.

Step 4

Approve timesheets

Without even leaving the same window you can click on the 'Timesheets' tab and approve your candidate timesheets on the hubbul portal. Have more than one temp working? No matter how many candidates you have working through hubbul all your timesheets can be approved in one place with just a few clicks.

Step 5

And repeat.
