💷 Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission
💰 OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+
🕙 Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (subject to business needs)
🌴 Holiday: 28 Days Annual Leave
About the Role
We are looking for individuals to join a sales team as an Account Manager within the investment sector.
This is a sales role focused on new business development, client contact, and maintaining relationships with prospective investors. The role involves speaking with clients by phone, presenting information about investment opportunities, and managing ongoing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via telephone and other communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors
- Present investment opportunities in a clear and professional manner
- Work towards individual sales targets
- Keep accurate records of client activity and pipeline updates
- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements in all communication
- Develop knowledge of products and the market
- Handle client questions and objections
- Work with the wider sales team
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management, or business development preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-focused approach to work
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good organisational skills
- Financial services or investment experience is beneficial but not required
