What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the charge: Own the day-to-day management and long-term growth of Paid Search and Biddable Media accounts, delivering exceptional performance across platforms.
- Strategise and innovate: Develop and present forward-thinking digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and push creative boundaries.
- Be the client’s go-to: Build strong, trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and consistently exceed them.
- Mentor and manage: Guide a talented team, delegate effectively, and support their growth through coaching and development.
- Drive results: Lead client meetings, contribute to quarterly business reviews, and continuously refine reporting and performance processes.
- Improve and scale: Oversee bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign structures to maximise ROI across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other biddable platforms.
- Solve smart: Identify challenges, uncover insights, and implement proactive solutions that make a measurable impact.
- Pitch and promote: Support new business pitches, create compelling case studies, and showcase our biddable expertise.
- Represent and inspire: Attend industry events, share knowledge, and help grow our client base.
- Champion collaboration: Foster a culture of testing, learning, and knowledge-sharing within your team.
- Stay sharp: Keep up with the latest trends, platform updates, and innovations in the biddable media space.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Biddable Media
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for precision and high-quality execution
- Analytical mindset with confidence in handling large data sets
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, tracking, and attribution
- Budget management, forecasting, and strategic planning expertise
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and presentations
