AI Engineer – Fintech Innovation

The Role
We’re seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data Science team and build production-grade Generative AI systems that streamline operations. You’ll work on projects such as:
- Enhancing internal chatbots for customer support
- Automating document parsing with schema extraction pipelines
- Designing LLM-driven workflows to simplify case management
This role combines applied AI engineering, business process design, and hands-on Python development.
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy real GenAI systems
- Work with LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines
- Own solutions from prototype to production
- Redesign processes using AI for maximum efficiency
Key Skills
- Strong Python engineering experience
- Hands-on use of LLMs in real workflows
- Ability to design prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agentic flows
- Problem-solving in ambiguous environments
