💼 The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join their construction-focused sales team.
This is a client-facing, new business role focused on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored security solutions within the construction sector.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
• Driving new business across the construction sector
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Delivering client presentations and proposals
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts
• Attending industry events and generating new leads
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development or B2B sales
• Background in construction or security-related sales
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
• Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
