About the job
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in London.
This role focuses on generating revenue through the sale of event space, sponsorship packages, and delegate opportunities. You will be responsible for securing new business, managing key client relationships, and maximising event performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across events, sponsorships, and delegate sales
- Sell exhibition space, event packages, and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage and grow key client accounts
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in event sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable
- Experience selling exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Background in managing high-value client accounts
