Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and conscientious Customer Service Delivery Coordinator to support the post-sales process and ensure seamless delivery of marketing packages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing digital assets, and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Liaise with clients after the sale to confirm package details and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Asset Creation & Delivery: Design and deliver social media and email header assets using Canva, tailored to each client’s branding and campaign objectives.
- Content Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of Q&A articles, providing clients with clear instructions on content requirements and deadlines.
- Client Follow-Up: Proactively chase clients for any outstanding materials required to complete their package delivery, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in a client-facing or project coordination role
- Familiarity with digital marketing or content production is a plus

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using project management or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Monday.com)
