Key Responsibilities:

Ensure client information is consistently updated and maintain smooth communication throughout the process.

Actively engage with decision-makers, presenting tailored propositions to secure their participation in our events.

Cultivate strong relationships through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and participation in industry events.

Manage the delegate registration process, ensuring that all recruitment and retention targets are met.

Meet and exceed your set targets for outreach, meetings, and registrations.

Use CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for managing communications and records.

Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and suggesting relevant future events.
Previous Experience:
