Delegate Sales Executive (Contract)

Are you a confident, driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading B2B events business, on a contract basis with competitive rates and commission.
You’ll be part of a Agile delegate sales team, driving attendance and engagement for global conferences and awards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed delegate sales targets across multiple events.
- Proactively engage prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level professionals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales activity.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in outbound B2B sales (50–100+ calls/day).
- Experienced in exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
(Experience in delegate sales for B2B conferences is desirable.)
