About the Role
As a Paid Search Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind paid search strategy and execution. You’ll lead a talented team, manage client relationships, and ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget. This role sits within a specialist practice focused on delivering world-class search campaigns and leveraging some of the latest tools and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Ensure best practices, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients and partners, offering strategic insights and thought leadership.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage a hybrid team across markets, supporting career growth and fostering collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Drive automation, streamline processes, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic service development.
