Senior CRM Specialist (FTC – 3 to 4 Months)

A growing e-commerce startup in the contemporary art space is looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to lead customer lifecycle marketing during the busy Black Friday and holiday season.
Backed by a US investor with deep experience in scaling online brands, this company is building a fresh and exciting way to discover and shop for unique art prints. If you enjoy working in a busy environment and want to shape how customers interact with a brand from start to finish, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Customer Acquisition
- Run campaigns that turn sign-ups into first-time buyers.
- Work with growth and paid media teams to connect CRM with advertising efforts.
- Test different messages, offers, and creative ideas to improve conversion.
Customer Retention
- Build journeys that encourage repeat purchases and build loyalty.
- Use customer data to personalise messages and product suggestions.
- Plan campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and trading calendars.
Reactivating Lapsed Customers
- Create campaigns to re-engage customers who haven’t purchased in a while.
- Try different incentives and messages to bring them back.
- Track results and use insights to improve future campaigns.
Data Capture & Profiling
- Improve sign-up forms, quizzes, and other tools to grow the CRM database.
- Use progressive profiling to learn more about customers over time.
- Make sure data is accurate and follows GDPR/CCPA rules.
Campaign Management
- Run email and SMS campaigns from start to finish, including planning, building, and reporting.
- Set up automated journeys using customer behaviour and preferences.
- Test different approaches to improve open rates, clicks, and sales.
- Share learning'swith other teams to help shape wider marketing efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of how to drive revenue through customer engagement.
- Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and reporting.
- Good writing skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Cooperative and able to work well with marketing and data teams.
