An established and fast-growing SaaS business is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager with a strong background in CRM delivery and product-focused digital solutions, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment, to lead the implementation of enterprise platforms across a diverse client portfolio.
This is a strategic, client-facing opportunity suited to someone with deep experience in digital delivery, SaaS implementation, and CRM platforms, combined with a product mindset and the ability to drive user adoption and long-term client value.

The Role
As Senior Digital Project Manager, you will oversee multiple concurrent CRM and product-led digital implementation projects, ensuring delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will collaborate closely with internal Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients — guiding them through discovery, solution design, implementation, and optimisation.
The role requires a strong consultative approach, with the ability to align product capabilities with business goals and drive successful platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM and SaaS implementation projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout delivery
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align delivery with product strategy
- Facilitate discovery workshops, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Drive product adoption, user engagement, and client success outcomes
- Translate business requirements into product and technical solutions
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed KPIs and client expectations
- Support continuous improvement across delivery and product processes
- Maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Project Management, Product Delivery, or SaaS Implementation
- Proven experience delivering CRM platforms(e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
- Background working within a digital agency or consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of product-led delivery and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to translate technical and product concepts into clear business value
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
